Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is seeking a bright and motivated individual to support talent acquisition, employee development, organizational effectiveness, new initiatives and administrative matters of the department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
- Identify and address organizational training needs.
- Manage recruitment & selection, onboarding & orientation processes, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations and ensure compliance to the policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of HR, including coordinating meetings and preparing minutes of the meetings, reports and presentations along with data consolidation.
- Coordinate and follow up on meeting action items, ensuring timely task completion and smooth project progress.
- Maintain and updated accurate documentation and organized filing systems (both hard and scanned) for easy information retrieval.
- Facilitate communication within HR and with external stakeholders, promptly responding to inquiries.
- Ensure timely task completion and uphold confidentiality.
Required Skills
Education, Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field with a preferably of one year of experience (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
