Job Summary
We are looking for a competitive candidate (MALE ONLY) for the position of HR & Payroll Officer. Candidate having experience in HR & Payroll in a manufacturing concern will be preferred
Role and Responsibilities:
- Carry out recruitment process for Labors/ Helpers, office and Factory Staff.
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance.
- make sure on daily basis that required labors are available in department.
- Making Salaries and disbursement etc.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- At Least 2 years of experience
- Minimum Bachelors
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Must be good at MS office.
- Good at maintaining documents and staff/ labour records
