Ensure compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI regulations.
Manage attendance, leave, and earned leave encashment requests.
Update HRIS and TIS systems.
Assist with PMRS compliance exercises and audits.
Required Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
MBA or MPA in Human Resources or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
