Job Summary

Roles & Responsiblities:

  • Prepare employee separation notices.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze results.
  • Initiate clearance procedures.
  • Prepare memos and terminal benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI regulations.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and earned leave encashment requests.
  • Update HRIS and TIS systems.
  • Assist with PMRS compliance exercises and audits.

Required Skills

Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA or MPA in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
