Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Recruitment process, place job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Implement and maintain employee relation programs and promote a positive workplace culture.

  • Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

  • Identify training needs.

  • Process and Summarize attendance data and manage leave records.

  • Manage employee benefits programs and provide assistance to employees with benefit-related inquiries.

  • Execute employee onboarding/exit process.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • BBA/MBA in HR, or a related field

  • Fresh-2 Years experience.

  • HR needs to work from the office.

  • Very good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
