Implement and maintain employee relation programs and promote a positive workplace culture.
Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Identify training needs.
Process and Summarize attendance data and manage leave records.
Manage employee benefits programs and provide assistance to employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Execute employee onboarding/exit process.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
BBA/MBA in HR, or a related field
Fresh-2 Years experience.
HR needs to work from the office.
Very good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
