We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR policies and initiatives align with the organization’s goals.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Cultivate a positive working environment and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Oversee training and development programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Master’s degree in HR or MBA (preferred but not always required).
Experience Requirements:
3–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources or related roles.
At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role.
Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
