Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to leadership, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR policies and initiatives align with the organization’s goals.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Cultivate a positive working environment and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • Oversee training and development programs.

 

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree in HR or MBA (preferred but not always required).

Experience Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources or related roles.

  • At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role.

  • Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

  • Data-driven mindset; ability to work with HR metrics and reports.

Preferred Certifications:

  • SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management)

  • PHR / SPHR (Professional in Human Resources / Senior Professional in Human Resources)
