Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

  • Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and ensure continuous learning opportunities.

  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations related to HR practices.

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, performance reviews, and attendance.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance.

  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters, including organizational development, employee retention, and workforce planning.

  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage HR-related budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support business growth and cost-effectiveness.

  • Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

  • Implement health, safety, and wellness programs to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce strategies.

  • Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and labor market conditions to keep the company competitive in talent acquisition and retention.

  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.

  • Expertise in payroll management, including salary processing, deductions, benefits administration, and compliance with tax regulations.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.

  • Experience in factory HR operations, including managing attendance, shift scheduling, and employee welfare in a manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and improve organizational performance.

  • Skilled in performance management systems, including employee appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans.

  • Strong understanding of HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, payroll software) for managing employee records and reporting.

  • Experience in training and development, identifying employee skill gaps, and implementing development programs.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple HR functions and deadlines efficiently.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
