Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, enhancing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with senior management to support business goals and ensure a productive, motivated workforce.

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and employment standards.
  • Act as a mediator in disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.

Performance Management:

  • Implement performance management systems to track and enhance employee performance.
  • Conduct regular evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development.
  • Manage career development programs and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and salary benchmarking processes.
  • Review and update compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Ensure legal compliance and effective communication regarding employee benefits.

Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and manage employee engagement programs.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws.
  • Ensure the organization is up-to-date on employment regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Handle audits, maintain records, and support compliance with regulatory requirements.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
  • Manage initiatives related to work-life balance, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Lead employee feedback programs such as surveys, focus groups, and exit interviews.

Qualifications:

  • We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
