Job Summary

The Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan (AKES,P) is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR Benefits team at the Central Office in Karachi.

This internship involves supporting the team with various HR benefits processes, including assisting with employee enrollments, claims, and documentation for benefits such as health and life insurance, Provident Fund applications, and leave assistance. The intern will also help verify eligibility for employee and family benefits, maintain accurate records, and assist in processing other employee support services. This role provides valuable, practical exposure to HR operations within a large and impactful organization.
