Job Summary

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to oversee all facets of our human resources operations while spearheading talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruiting top talent, streamlining HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and retention.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
  • Partner with universities and attend career fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities to attract prospective candidates.
  • Develop, maintain, and update HR documents, forms, and policies, while also organizing and facilitating training and development programs.
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Administer payroll processing and manage employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide support to employees by addressing concerns, offering guidance, and resolving conflicts.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Represent the company with professionalism in client meetings and communications, acting as an ambassador for the organization.
  • Ensure HR systems and databases are consistently updated, accurate, and well-maintained.
  • Leverage social media platforms for employer branding, enhancing the company's presence and attractiveness to potential hires.
  • Exhibit flexibility in working hours to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2+ years as an HR Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time, on-site (12 PM – 09 PM PKT)
