Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
Provide HR support to management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Required Skills
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-management skills.
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and payroll administration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
