Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
  • Provide HR support to management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-management skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and payroll administration.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
