Job Summary:

The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and implementing various human resources functions, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of the organization's workforce.

Role and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct job interviews and coordinate with departments to finalize candidate selection.

Employee Relations:

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns to promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and exit interviews to gather insights for continuous improvement.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and oversee the performance appraisal process.
  • Work with managers to set performance goals and provide guidance on performance improvement.
  • Manage the reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain high-performing employees.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Payroll and Attendance Management:

  • Prepare payroll of all the employees on a monthly basis and record attendance of employees.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.•
