Job Summary

The Ismailia Youth Services (IYS) invites applications for the role of Houseman for its Academies located in Malir, Karachi. The incumbent will be responsible to provide pastoral care to boarders’ students who are of different age groups. He will be responsible to manage and supervise day-to-day chores of the boarders.

The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys dealing with staff and children's at all levels. He must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently but be a team player, initiative, and attention to detail. He must have high energy level.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s would be preferred
• Must have Experience with kids & children’s in any capacity
• This would be shift base duty. 10 hours shift
• Should have a technical basic knowledge of housing conditions like generator, first aid, water supplies.
• Should have a basic knowledge of running & doing household chores
