Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth running and exceptional guest experience.
  • Manage and motivate hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance throughout the property.
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and attract guests.
  • Monitor and manage budgetary goals and financial performance of the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices to enhance hotel operations.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in hotel management or relevant managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
