Job Summary

Independently managing the campus, overseeing Nursery to Grade 10, and ensuring the smooth execution of academic, administrative, and staff management functions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the school achieves its academic and operational goals.
  • Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high teaching standards and staff morale.
  • Develop and implement school policies, curriculum, and academic programs in line with educational regulations.
  • Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement and overall development.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and school infrastructure maintenance.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and B.Ed. (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven academic and administrative leadership
  • Proficiency in MS Office and educational software
