Independently managing the campus, overseeing Nursery to Grade 10, and ensuring the smooth execution of academic, administrative, and staff management functions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and vision to ensure the school achieves its academic and operational goals.
Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff to maintain high teaching standards and staff morale.
Develop and implement school policies, curriculum, and academic programs in line with educational regulations.
Monitor student performance and implement strategies for academic improvement and overall development.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and school infrastructure maintenance.

Skills and Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree and B.Ed. (Master’s degree preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong people management and problem-solving abilities
Proven academic and administrative leadership
Proficiency in MS Office and educational software
