Required Skills

  •   Strong leadership skills in managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  •   In-depth knowledge of executive recruitment, including sourcing and closing top candidates.
  •   Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with senior leaders and clients.
  •   Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business, or related field, with preferred HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
