The Head of HR will manage a small team of HR professionals to deliver top quality workforce planning, recruitment, the contracts & database, performance, development and talent management, institutional and employee relations and effective legally compliant HR administration, payroll and HR systems. This will include planning, organizing, and monitoring all aspects of the HR function through regular reporting and KPI management. The Head of HR will help support a work culture conducive to personal and professional growth while fostering a sense of cooperative endeavor within the organization.
Additionally, this position will provide strategic leadership by effectively communicating human resources needs and plans to the executive management team, stakeholders, and the board of directors.
Required SkillsAdvanced university degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration, consulting, strategy, specializing in human resources management, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience or a related field from an HEC recognized/overseas institution.
Advanced HR certification/qualification from SHRM, HRCI, HRCP or CIPD will be an added advantage.
Progressive transformational leadership with excellent business acumen, strategics communication, and stakeholder engagement/management skills.
