Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee the entire culinary operation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.

  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and professional development.

  • Manage kitchen schedules, labor costs, and overall efficiency.

  • Stay updated on culinary trends and implement new techniques where appropriate.

Required Skills
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen.

    • At least 2 years in a supervisory or Head Chef position.

  • Education:

    • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute (preferred but not mandatory with strong experience).

    • Food Safety and Hygiene certifications.

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in food preparation, presentation, and modern cooking techniques.
