Job Summary

Design Creation:

  • Develop and create high-quality visual designs, graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects and mediums.

Concept Development:

  • Collaborate with clients or teams to understand design requirements and develop creative concepts that align with their objectives.

Branding:

  • Create and maintain consistent brand identities through visual elements, including logos, color schemes, typography, and overall design aesthetics.

Layout and Composition:

  • Determine the arrangement and composition of visual elements, such as images, text, and graphics, to create balanced and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Digital Design:

  • Create engaging designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, mobile apps, and email marketing campaigns.

Print Design:

  • Develop designs for printed materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and packaging, considering print production requirements.

Image Editing:

  • Manipulate and enhance images using various software tools to ensure high-quality visuals.

Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with clients, marketing teams, or project managers to understand their vision, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback into the final designs.

Time and Project Management:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining the quality of deliverables.

Industry Awareness:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, new design techniques, software advancements, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and ensure relevance.

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other industry-standard tools. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, web design, and multimedia software is a plus.
