We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, delivering high-quality instruction, and supporting students' academic and personal development.
Role and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences
Develop lesson plans in accordance with curriculum objectives and educational standards
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions
Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities
Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback
Stay current with developments in subject area, teaching resources, and methods
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
Master’s degree in Education or specific subject area (preferred, but not mandatory)
Valid teaching certification/license for the appropriate grade level and subject (as required by state or country regulations)
Up-to-date with any required continuing education or professional development credits
Previous teaching experience preferred (e.g., student teaching, internships, or formal classroom experience)
Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional strategies
Classroom management and discipline skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to create engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate lesson plans
Proficient in using technology and educational software
Adaptable and responsive to feedback
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
