Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, delivering high-quality instruction, and supporting students' academic and personal development.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences

  • Develop lesson plans in accordance with curriculum objectives and educational standards

  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities

  • Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development

  • Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures

  • Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions

  • Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities

  • Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback

  • Stay current with developments in subject area, teaching resources, and methods

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)

  • Master’s degree in Education or specific subject area (preferred, but not mandatory)

Certification & Licensing:

  • Valid teaching certification/license for the appropriate grade level and subject (as required by state or country regulations)

  • Up-to-date with any required continuing education or professional development credits

Experience:

  • Previous teaching experience preferred (e.g., student teaching, internships, or formal classroom experience)

  • Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of curriculum standards and instructional strategies

  • Classroom management and discipline skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to create engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate lesson plans

  • Proficient in using technology and educational software

  • Adaptable and responsive to feedback

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
