Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information to visitors, inquiries, and callers regarding company services.
Manage the scheduling and booking of appointments, meetings, and room reservations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th grade) education is required.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front office roles is highly valued.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.) and phone systems. Basic knowledge of English and Urdu for communication is essential.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective guest interaction and handling of inquiries.
