Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information to visitors, inquiries, and callers regarding company services.

  • Manage the scheduling and booking of appointments, meetings, and room reservations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Required Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th grade) education is required.

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front office roles is highly valued. 

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.) and phone systems. Basic knowledge of English and Urdu for communication is essential.

  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective guest interaction and handling of inquiries.
