Job Summary

The Consorts Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Sales & Community Manager to handle customer inquiries, drive lead conversions, and manage social media engagement – all from the comfort of your home!

Role and  Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Conversion:

  • Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from prospective customers via social media platforms, email, and phone.
  • Proactively convert leads into confirmed bookings or sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of inquiries and sales conversions for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and close sales.

Community Management:

  • Oversee The Consorts Hotels & Resorts presence across all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and mentions to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Engage the audience by sharing updates, answering questions, and addressing feedback.
  • Monitor and report on community trends, feedback, and sentiment to enhance customer experience.

Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, lead conversions, and community engagement to the reporting manager during weekly meetings at the head office in Clifton, Karachi.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, campaigns, and events to effectively communicate with potential customers.

 Weekly Office Visits:

  • Attend weekly meetings at the Clifton, Karachi office for strategy discussions, performance updates, and team alignment.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Minimum Bachelors degree
