Job Summary

Operational Management:

  • Handle end-to-end digital insurance operations, ensuring timely processing of policies onboarding, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, customer support, Accounts, claims and underwriting dept) to streamline operations and improve digital platforms.
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues related to the digital systems, ensuring smooth functioning of the entire process.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

  Process Optimization & Digital Transformation:

  • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency of digital insurance operations.
  • Support the integration of new digital tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance insurance workflows.
  • Regularly audit digital platforms to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

 Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report data related to operational performance, customer feedback, and digital insurance products.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements and support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance and digital transformation milestones.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Strong understanding of insurance processes (policies, claims, renewals, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and digital insurance platforms
