Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our insurance products to potential clients, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.  

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.  
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.  
  • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire).  
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.  
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
