Educator - ITREB for Upper Chitral

ITREBP invites applications for the position of Educator to be based at, ITREB for Upper Chitral. The position reports to the Regional Academic Coordinator and assists him/her in academic management. The individual will be responsible for planning and conducting different programs, REC development models, teacher, parent, and management training programs. He/she will also supervise the teaching-learning process in RECs by paying visits, demonstrating, observing lessons and providing in time support to teachers. This position will also be responsible for conducting Youth related Education Programs. Activate and facilitate Youth Educators. In addition, he/she will also be responsible for delivering waezes, preparing waez Scripts, Giving Waez Briefings, conducting waez classes, delivering lectures and support RECs in terms of improvement of access and classroom

Skills and Qualification:

• The candidate should have Master's degree in the area of Education and / or Islamic Studies from a recognized University along with at least 05 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Language expertise in English and Urdu. Besides this, the position must have enough knowledge of computers such as MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Internet.
• Preference shall be given to those candidates who have completed ITREB Training programs like HRDP, and HWDP and have got the experience to work with Regional/Local boards of ITREB.
