Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children, creating a positive and nurturing learning environment, and fostering the development of foundational skills. As an ECD Teacher, you will guide and teach children in their early years, ensuring their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities to engage children in learning and development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children to support their social and emotional growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to monitor and promote children’s development.
- Encourage exploration, creativity, and self-expression through play-based learning.

Qualifications:
- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field).
- Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward working with children.
- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
- Background check clearance.
