Job Summary

The Early Childhood Development (ECD) Teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. The teacher will design and implement lesson plans, incorporating play-based learning, hands-on activities, and group interactions to encourage creativity.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering age-appropriate lessons that foster early learning and development.
  • Facilitating classroom activities that engage children in exploration, problem-solving, and social interaction.
  • Monitoring and assessing children’s developmental progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers to update them on children’s progress and development.
  • Maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment conducive to learning and play.
  • Participating in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject.
  • At least 2-3 year of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in fostering the growth of young learners.
