Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons that promote early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills

• Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment that encourages learning and curiosity

• Observe and assess each child’s development and provide individualized support when necessary

• Foster social and emotional development through group activities, storytelling, and interactive play

• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns

Skills and Qualification:

• Should be a graduate 
• Should have done Diploma in ECD
• Experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best teaching practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to manage a classroom and handle multiple tasks efficiently
