Job Description:

We are seeking an E-commerce Social Media Manager Expert with a strong background in e-commerce and social media management. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and managing social media business accounts, as well as collaborating with article writers and marketers to improve the quality and effectiveness of social media posts. Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva or other relevant platforms for content creation is essential.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
  • Create and manage new social media business accounts tailored to our e-commerce initiatives.
  • Collaborate with article writers and marketers to optimize social media posts for maximum reach and impact.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and posts using Canva or similar tools to support social media campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve results.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
