Job Summary
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee and drive growth across major e-commerce platforms, like Amazon, Walmart, and other key marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing accounts for 2+ years, with hands-on expertise across at least three of these platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and scale product listings across Amazon, Walmart and similar online marketplaces.
- Maintain account health by addressing issues related to product listings, policies, and performance metrics.
- Monitor and adjust pricing using re-pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Regularly update listings to align with marketplace standards and trends.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive sales, increase product visibility, and boost brand presence.
- Oversee product content management and ensure accurate, compelling listings to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices to maintain high account performance and avoid penalties.
Required Skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing accounts on at least two of the following platforms: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or similar.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and maintaining account health across multiple marketplaces.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Deep understanding of platform-specific algorithms, policies, and tools.
