Job Summary: The Driver is responsible for pick and drop of  hospital staff, medical supplies, and office supplies while ensuring the timely maintenance of the assigned vehicle.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for safely pick & drop of hospital staff and medical supplies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of materials.
  • Ensure pick and drop  medical teams for outreach programs or external assignments.
  • Be available for emergency responsibility, including patient transfers if required.
  • Record all trips, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance details in a daily logbook.
  • Ensure hospital staff to and from designated locations according to the assigned schedule.
  • The driver must strictly follow hospital policies, traffic regulations, and safety protocols.

Required Skills

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Middle/Matric, Valid driving license (HTV/LTV as required).  
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience (preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting).
  • Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
  • Ensure professional behavior and good communication with hospital staff.
  • Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading supplies.
  • Punctual
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Local Gupis.
