Job Summary

Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) runs one of the largest not-for-profit private healthcare systems in the country, with a focus on the regions of Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Sindh. Its core focus includes initiatives for hard-to-reach populations through services like outreach clinics, training of community midwives to provide low-cost health services in remote areas, screening for non-communicable diseases, and digital health solutions.

Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for competent District Supervisor for Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan – Gilgit Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • To ensure the effective implementation, coordination, and supervision of mobile health programs in the assigned districts by consulting with the project coordinator.
  • Position will involve managing project teams, monitoring data collection, and reporting to the project coordinator.
  • To deliver the training on Hayat application to LHWs and vaccinators if there is any need.
  • Time to time coordination with Lady health supervisors, District & Tehsil Supervisors of EPI team.
  • To ensure the complete collection of monthly timesheets from the project staff and share with the Central HR.
  • Write Comprehensive activity and progress reports as and when needed

Required Skills

Education, Experience & Competencies

  • Bachelors or master’s preferably social sciences or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Having good MS Office skills
