Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and articulate Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, client management skills, creative flair, and exceptional communication. You will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and the execution of impactful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on compelling marketing copy and storytelling.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
    • Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through targeted email and phone outreach.
    • Develop and execute effective lead generation and qualification strategies.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.
    • Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client expectations.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
    • Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
    • Create engaging content (text, image, and video) for various platforms, with a focus on compelling marketing copy and storytelling.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute effective social media strategies across various platforms.
    • Create and schedule engaging social media content.
    • Monitor and engage with social media communities.
  • Creative Execution:
    • Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing marketing materials.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Project Management & Planning:
    • Manage and coordinate digital marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
    • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient workflow.
  • CRM Management:
    • Manage client data and interactions within a CRM system.
    • Utilize CRM data for analysis and insights.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Communication & Content:
    • Craft persuasive marketing copy and engaging stories for various digital platforms.
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and team members.

 

Required Skills

Qualification and Skills:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with a specialization in marketing copy and storytelling.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the Pakistani market is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential late hours from as needed.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in reputable Digital Agency or Brand
