Role and Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Develop and execute engaging digital content strategies across various platforms (social media, website, email, etc.).
  • Create high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Consumer & Retail Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough research on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Analyze retail data to identify opportunities for content optimization and customer engagement.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights for content creation.

AI-Driven Creativity:

  • Explore and experiment with AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation and personalization.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and digital marketing.
  • Implement AI-powered solutions to automate content generation and optimize customer experiences.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
  • Generate regular reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine content strategies based on performance data.

Independent Leadership:

  • Work with little to no supervision.
  • Proactively identify and address content needs.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital content creation and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail principles.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data1 and generate insights.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies for content creation (a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • A portfolio that showcases a range of digital content.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the field of AI and digital marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in reputable Digital Agency or Brand
