Job Summary

AKHS, P is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Dental Surgeon for its Chitral Region.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Dealing all dental problems i.e. conservative medicine, oral surgery (simple extraction, impaction, orthodontia and periodontics).
• Organize and conduct training sessions for different level of staff on Oro-dental problems (In-hospital- paramedics), at community level LHVs, CHNs.
• Formulation of acceptable, effective MIS for further improvement and future planning and designing of programs.
• Develop guidelines for prevention and promotion activities on oral hygiene.
• Develop staff skills and support them.
• Crown bridge work
• Prosthetic work

 

Required Skills

Education, Experience & Competencies:

• Minimum BDS with valid license.
• 2 years of relevant experience and practical skills of the job
• Should have an aptitude of working in a multidisciplinary team
• Team working skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Good time management
• Good communication and team building skills
