Role and Responsibilities:

  • We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Service Sales Agent for our Karachi Division at Markov International, dedicated to our UAE campaign for Telecom services.
  • This role involves engaging with customers to provide sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • The Customer Service Sales Representative will also promote products or services, process orders, and help achieve sales targets.

  • Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fresh or experienced in customer service, sales, or related field Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Excellent problem-solving skills Sales and negotiation abilities Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Key Details: Timing: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm Salary: Market competitive, starting from PKR 30,000 + bonuses Positions: 20
