To maintain our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative Intern to join our team and contribute to upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers with their product inquiries, ensuring they receive a personalized, luxury shopping experience.
  • Sales Support: Help process transactions, manage customer returns and exchanges, and support the sales team in meeting store targets.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers and communicate it to the management team to help improve service and product offerings.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer issues or concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Administrative Assistance: Help with administrative tasks such as managing customer orders, processing returns, and updating customer records.

  • A strong interest in retail and customer service.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Polished and professional appearance, with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly yet professional manner.
  • Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • A keen interest in fashion, gifting, or home décor is an advantage.
