Position Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers during the night shift. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently via phone, email, chat, and social media.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Resolve Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding products, orders, billing, and more.

  • Provide Solutions: Troubleshoot issues, offer practical solutions, and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Order Assistance: Help with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Documentation: Record all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and empathy.

  • Experience: 1 year in customer service or support roles, with a focus on problem-solving.

  • Night Shift: Comfortable working from 6 PM to 3 AM.
