Customer Service & Operations Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently when required.

Role and  Responsibilities

Communication:

• Manage customer queries and conversations on WhatsApp
• Make follow-up calls to customers if certain products are unavailable
• Engage in regular and friendly customer interaction to ensure satisfaction

Operations:

• Export and manage orders from the Shopify store
• Collect and maintain inventory (details to be discussed during the interview)
• Pack parcels accurately and ensure readiness before pickup time
   

Required Skills

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication in both Urdu and English
• Proactive, alert, and able to manage workload and sales pressure
• Basic knowledge of online stores and order management (Shopify experience is a plus)
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
