Creative Designer (NIGHT SHIFT - ON SITE)
Job Overview:
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate ideas and engage audiences across various platforms. This role combines creativity with technical skills to produce compelling graphics, layouts, and branding materials. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and online sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create visual designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and target audiences.
- Develop and present design concepts, incorporating feedback to refine ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms.
- Prepare final designs for production and oversee implementation.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices
- Portfolio and proven track record of successfully executed digital marketing campaigns is required.
- Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset.
- Open to work in morning/night shifts as per the company’s needs.
- Open to travel whenever required by the company.
