About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chinese-Speaking Procurement Specialist/Supply Chain Coordinator to manage our relationships with suppliers in China. This is an office-based position requiring night shift hours to align with Chinese business hours. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining effective communication with our suppliers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our Chinese suppliers.
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) to place orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Proactively identify and address potential delays or problems.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with suppliers (as needed).
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and communications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g., logistics, sales) to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience working with Chinese businesses and understanding of Chinese business culture.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).  
• Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Night shift, 6 days a week.

Salary and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from PKR 90,000 to PKR 130,000 per month (depending on experience).
