Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Cell Phone Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain various mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and other wireless devices.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair faulty mobile devices, including hardware and software issues
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting on devices
  • Install and configure software and hardware components
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to identify device faults
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies
  • Stay up-to-date with latest device technologies and repair methods

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 1+ year of experience in cell phone repair or related field
  • Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Mobile Device Repair Certification)
  • Strong knowledge of mobile device operating systems (iOS, Android, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with various device models and manufacturers
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment
  • Experience with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
