• Identify clients' needs and communicate with them in English professionally.
• Out bound calls /Cold calling.
• Prefers, American/ British / Neutral accent
• Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
• Individual will be working on leads being provided to achieve targets.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients and build Rapport.
• You will help manage new and existing clients.
• Suggesting upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and smooth communications over the phone.
• Candidates who have the ability to acquire new customers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Appealing appearance over the phone.
•  Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience in the area of sales/customer service is a plus.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• The candidate should have active communication and listening skills
