Call Center Agent (Solar Campaign) @ Prodigy Solutions

Job Summary

We're looking for experienced agents for our Solar campaign with excellent English communication skills. This is a US-based call center job.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to solar energy solutions and explain the benefits.
• Inbound Support: Handle incoming calls from customers who have expressed interest in solar energy, answering questions and providing detailed product information.
• Sales: Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of solar energy and addressing any concerns or objections.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers with the solar energy consultant team

Required Skills

We offer a 50k to 60k basic salary plus substantial bonuses. It's an office-based position, not work-from-home
