Role and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their DME needs.
  • Process orders for medical equipment and supplies accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
  • Educate patients on the proper use and maintenance of their equipment.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure correct DME prescriptions.
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and ensure timely delivery of equipment.

 

 

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience is required in DME.
  • Punctual and responsible.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good customer handling skills.
  • Fresher candidate can apply should be fluent in English.

Shift Available:

Evening Shift 7 PM TO 2 AM

Walk-in Interviews from 8 PM to 11 PM
