Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer/Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying and securing new opportunities on platforms like UpWork and linkedin. Additionally, they will leverage their expertise in prospecting on LinkedIn and other social platforms to create a robust sales funnel.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize platforms such as UpWork and PeoplePerHour to identify and pursue potential leads.
  • Effectively bid on relevant projects and opportunities, showcasing our services and capabilities.
  • Utilize the provided custom software, leveraging its scraping mechanism and email sequences to streamline the process.
  • Prospect and engage with companies on LinkedIn and other social platforms to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business avenues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer/Upwork Bidder, with a successful track record of securing new business.
  • Familiarity with platforms like UpWork, LinkedIn for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate our value proposition effectively.
  • Experience using custom software tools for business development is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
