Business Analyst (Night Shift) On Site @ ARRAK CONSULTING

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team in the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring store operations, analyzing sales and inventory data, and supporting store coordination. This role plays a crucial part in data-driven decision-making, ensure smooth store performance, and support sales growth.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Monitor Store Operations: Track and oversee store activities to ensure smooth operations.

• Sales & Inventory Analysis: Analyze daily sales trends, product movement, and inventory levels to identify patterns and areas for improvement.

• Sales Target Assistance: Support the sales team in organizing, tracking, and achieving sales targets.

• Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and store performance for senior management.

• Store Coordination: Act as a point of contact between the management and store team members, addressing queries and ensuring operational alignment.

• Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights to optimize store performance and improve sales outcomes.

• Issue Resolution: Identify and address operational issues that may impact store efficiency.

• Process Improvement: Recommend process enhancement to drive operational efficiency and sales growth.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in retail sales and store operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting software.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in English language (Written & verbal)

Shift Details:

This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.

Timings : Night shift

Working days: 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000 - Rs120,000 per month
