Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- The Building Supervisor will oversee the maintenance, safety, and security of the school premises. Responsibilities include resolving electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining smooth electricity and water supply.
- The role involves daily inspections, adherence to safety SOPs, and supervising maintenance equipment and operations. Maintenance updates will be reported to the supervisor.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE – Civil or Electrical)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
