Role and Responsibilities:

• This role involves managing the upkeep, safety, and security of the building.
• Key tasks include repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults, ensuring a clean environment, monitoring utilities, and enforcing safety procedures.
• The supervisor will conduct inspections and report maintenance issues.

Skills and Qualification:

•    Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE – Civil or Electrical)
•    At least 3 years of relevant experience
•    MS Word and Excel skills are essential
