Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Baby Care Taker to provide high-quality care for our infant/toddler. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, a calm demeanor, and a strong understanding of child development. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the baby through attentive and loving care.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Care:

• Feed, bathe, and dress the baby.
• Change diapers and ensure proper hygiene.
• Prepare and administer bottles and solid food as appropriate for the baby’s age.

Safety and Supervision:

• Constantly supervise the baby to ensure safety.
• Create a safe and stimulating environment for the baby to explore and learn.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Developmental Activities:

• Engage in age-appropriate activities to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Read books, sing songs, and play interactive games.
• Encourage milestone achievements (e.g., crawling, walking, talking).

Health and Well-being:

• Monitor the baby’s health and report any concerns to the parents.
• Administer medications as directed by the parents.
• Keep a daily log of the baby’s activities, feeding times, and any notable events.

Household Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the baby’s room and play areas.
• Wash and sterilize bottles, toys, and feeding equipment.
• Assist with light household chores related to baby care (e.g., baby laundry).

Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication with the parents about the baby’s progress and any issues.
• Follow the parents’ instructions and preferences regarding the baby’s care.

 

Required Skills

Qualifications:

Experience:
