Role and Responsibilities:

  • Achieving target sales by developing sales strategies, set targets, and allocate tasks to the sales team while ensuring high performance standards.
  • Deal with suppliers, principals, and major customer accounts while maintaining general customer relations.
  • Collect customer feedback, conduct market research, and stay updated on products, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to maximize new business development.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures, report on departmental performance, and contribute to efficient department operations.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably to the chemical industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (optional).
  • Basic understanding of chemistry concepts (preferred).
